Step 2 - We email you a Pre-Paid Postage Label to mail your device to us. Your device will be insured up to $100.
Step 3 - You drop off the device at your U.S Post Office in a box or envelope using the Pre-Paid Postage Label that we emailed you in Step 2.

For Android Boxes please only send us the Android Box and Power Cord (No remote needed).
Step 3 - We receive your device (Amazon Fire Stick or Android Box). You will receive an email letting you know that we received your device and that we are reprogramming it.
Step 4 - We will send your re-programmed device (Amazon Fire Stick or Android Box) back to you via USPS. You will receive the device within 5 business days of us receiving it (Step 3).
